Description

The resort has 18 modern apartments, 23 rooms that can accommodate up to 112 guests, a swimming pool with jacuzzi, restaurant & bar, laundry room, and 8 commercial spaces for rent.
This is a three-story building, with a big swimming pool and jacuzzi, a beach bar, a nice garden with big coconut trees, and a terrace of the restaurant.
On the ground floor is a big reception area, restaurant, and bar, 16 sea-view aircon rooms with a private bathroom and balcony, multi-purpose space, and toilets and showers. In front of the resort is 8 commercial spaces to rent, a garage, and a laundry facility.
On the first floor are the owner’s fully furnished apartment, 2 Seaview fully furnished apartments, 2 apartments for 14 & 16 guests for rent, an additional two apartments for 10 guests, one apartment for 3 guests, and one for two.
On the second floor are 9 unfurnished apartments with balconies and a sea view.
The total floor area of a building is 3.000 m². The lot area is 1,745 m² + 1,000 m² of a beach.
This resort is located in a quiet & lovely neighborhood, along the road. In front of the resort is a nice white sand beach. The resort can cater to private gatherings like weddings, team building, reunions, birthdays, etc.
The resort is approximately 20 minutes from Consuelo port and 20 minutes from San Francisco town.

Aquisition Process Timeline

Month 1 - Partnersip contracts/Investment Secured

The Investor and TravelTrippa will negotiate and plan a suitable aquisition agreement based on the investment amount specified in the TOTAL PROJECT COST above.
This will be a mutual and benificial agreement to all parties with a clear exit option for the investor. Funds will be secured for the aquisition project in a secured escrow account.

Month 2 - New Philippines corporation will be structured.

TravelTrippa on behalf of the new partners will apply to the Philippines SEC to structure a private company with the ownership being 60% Filipino as per compliance regulations and the other 40% will be foreign owned by TravelTrippa Inc in the USA and the Investor.

Month 3 - Aquisition Offer to property Owner and Legal compliance.

The Aquisition propsal with be made in Person to the current resort owner. Our local attorney will manage the nogitations to protect the interest of all parties and pysically have in hand or sighted before settlement payment all Tiltle and Tax Declaration papers as per Philippines realestate laws.

Month 4 - Property Handover and continued support by the current owners team.

Our management team who are based permenatly in Cebu will complete a full handover of the propert and complete all tansactional papers with the Seller and the Sellers current Staffing crew will be introduced to the new owners. As part of a standard aquisition such as this purchase transaction, the current staffing team will be assessed and retained for a months inital training of the resort and ints general operations. It would be likely to keep a high percentage of the currentstaff on board permenantly.
